Grease was the first film I watched that wasn’t a children’s film and it changed my world. Obsession took over and I watched it every weekend. Back then it was on tape so I had to rewind it all the time which was annoying but completely worth it. Grease is the film that made me realise there are decent ones out there. I still regard this as my favourite film of all time and that will never change.
When I was about 10 I watched Transformers for the first time and it blew me away. In my mind, I was like how do you make something like that? That’s when I realised I wanted to go into the film industry. I wanted to learn the art of filmmaking.
Deciding to pursue TV and Film Production at college was the best decision I ever made because it gave me the foundation of knowledge which I was lucky enough to later build upon at University, where I studied Film Production.
After graduation, I ventured out into the world. It’s been the hardest challenge yet but I’m slowly getting there. I’ve been fortunate enough to have jobs on Oscar-winning film Darkest Hour, starring Gary Oldman and Lily James, Hollyoaks and CBBC show Creeped Out. I’m hoping to build on this portfolio of work by getting more jobs on more sets.
Working on these sets have been the most rewarding times of my life. I enjoy every minute of it. My life revolves around watching and working on movies and TV shows. I blog about them because I want other people to find it for recommendations on what to watch and also what not to watch.
At the minute I’m on a very exciting journey that I’m thoroughly enjoying. I’m striving to work on sets as well as travel the world. Welcome to my blog where you’ll find everything TV and film related and sometimes even travel related.
