According to the BBC Bodyguard is the most watched BBC show since 2008 when Doctor Who aired its Christmas Day episode. Averaging on 10.4 million viewers a week, Bodyguard has blown up a storm. Keeping fans on tenterhooks week after week, the show has been a huge hit. If you haven’t heard of the show then where have you been? It’s all anyone is talking about.

Netflix will make the show available for people outside of the UK but for anyone in the UK, catch the entire box set on BBC iPlayer now. This show had me hooked from the first 10 minutes of episode one. With a stellar cast, extraordinary storytelling, it’s an unforgettable show and people will be talking about it for years to come.

Unpredictability is something this show nails. You have no idea what’s going to happen next. The intensity level raises each week. It’s an addictive psychological thriller. Not knowing who to trust is key to the show’s success. You’re drawn in and because you don’t know who the good guy is or if there is one, you can’t look away, it hooks you. Even until the end of the epic finale, you’ll be questioning everyone, including the main character Budd.

It’s one of the finest shows to ever air on TV. The action mesmerising, I wouldn’t be surprised if people forget to breathe at certain points during the show’s run. Especially in the finale episode, that was an extremely intense 75 minutes. Everyone needs to see this show it’s an unforgettable experience and one hell of an emotional ride.
