Scream meets American Horror Story. If you love those then definitely give this show a chance. Upon watching the first episode, I wasn’t keen on it. I thought I’ve seen this so many times before, it’s just going to be the same as everything else and the characters weren’t really catching my attention. However, I decided to stick with it to see if it got better and during episode three, I became hooked. I’m not even sure what hooked me, I think I just warmed to the characters and I wanted to see their story through to the end.
Each character is hiding something, that’s what makes the show good. Everyone has a secret and they come pouring out in a really entertaining way. There’s a lot of depth and story in this tiny town. You find yourself not trusting anyone.
Policeman Sharma was the unsung hero for me. He was always in the wrong place at the wrong time. I felt sorry for him, he could never catch a break. There were some really dark twists and some that I didn’t see coming. It’s a show that you can’t help but binge watch because each episode will end leaving you wanting more. It’s a great ride.
