Dude (2018)

Plot: Four best friends are about to graduate. They struggle to navigate their way through love, life and loss.

Director: Olivia Milch

Starring: Lucy Hale, Kathryn Prescott, Alexandra Shipp, Awkwafina, Alex Wolff, Austin Butler.

A surprisingly enjoyable down to earth comedy. With four characters, you’re bound to find one of them relatable. These characters are two weeks away from graduating so it was the perfect film for me because I’m graduating from University in two and a half months and have no idea whats going to happen. These girls in this film are messing up and fixing things and I feel like that’s what happens at this age. It’s time to mess up while you’re still young. It’s the best time to make mistakes.

Even though the film can be quite sad as there is a death, it’s mostly fun to watch and is very entertaining. If you’re at a similar point in your life whether you’re finishing school, finishing college or University then I’d recommend watching this film. It’ll probably make you feel better about your own life.
