I really enjoyed this film, there was no opening sequence. All 50 people were already in the circle when the film started and there were no flashbacks to reveal how they got there and that’s what I liked. It was straight to the point and you had no idea what was going on or why. People were just dying left, right and centre. It took them a short amount of time to figure out that they were the ones killing them with their own hands.
In this circle, there is a pregnant woman and a young child and some men insist that they be the two left at the end but then there’re other people who disagree. This causes a rift in the circle and they try to kill the people that want to kill the pregnant woman and the young child. What I loved about this film is how deceiving it is. There’s one guy who you will absolutely love but the ending is shocking and you will hate yourself for loving him.
The film doesn’t really offer much closure and you still don’t really know what’s going on but you’re left with the conclusion that it’s something Alien. I liked that the ending is short as well. They kept the mystery right up until the credits rolled. There’s so much suspense throughout. You will be hooked.
