Georgia Nicholson (Georgia Groome) is a teenage girl desperate to get a boyfriend and when she sets her sights on new boy Robbie (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) nothing will stop her until she gets him. One for getting herself into embarrassing situations this task is more difficult than she first thought. Based on the books by Louise Rennison. Also starring Eleanor Tomlinson, Georgia Henshaw, and Liam Hess.
This is definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. It sort of reminds me of Mean Girls in the sense that I feel like everyone needs to see this film because it’s so ridiculous, it’s just amusing to watch. It never fails to cheer me up. I would definitely recommend it for a girly night in sat in front of the TV with a pizza.
I really don’t like Aaron Taylor-Johnson in this. I remember finding out that Robbie was him and I was so shocked because he looks and sounds completely different to what he’s like now. His roles now a completely different. He’s definitely improved on his acting.
